Cedefop: Πρόσκληση υποβολής προσφορών για ICT Helpdesk Services
Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι το Ευρωπαϊκό Κέντρο για την Ανάπτυξη της Επαγγελματικής Κατάρτισης (Cedefop) που εδρεύει στη Θεσσαλονίκη, έχει προκηρύξει πρόσκληση υποβολής προσφορών για την παροχή "ICT Helpdesk Services".

Cedefop has launched a call for tender for the provision of ‘ICT Helpdesk Services’
Ref.: CEDEFOP/2023/OP/0002 The subject is the provision of services related to first level support and assistance to Cedefop’s and ENISA’s ICT users as well as the performance of a series of supporting activities to Cedefop’s ICT Service. Such activities are commonly known as Helpdesk or Service Desk activities. Cedefop acts on its own behalf (for Lot 1) and on behalf of ENISA (for Lot 2).
